Baptism
Baptism is a joyful public confession that you belong to Jesus Christ.
Meaning
A public sign of new life in Christ.
We practice believer’s baptism by immersion for those who credibly profess faith in Jesus. Baptism publicly identifies a believer with the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ, declaring to the world what God has already done in you.
“We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life.” (Romans 6:4, ESV)
